Snow on Sunday

It had snowed during the night and for the first time Jennifer had to drive in the snow.
The snow stayed around for the day
It adds a new view on places around us.
Church Heating had only been for about 10 minutes before we arrived.
Trains were not running
Oh yah, It's spring

Upton House

Upton House is advertise as a house built for purpose.
What purpose is the Question
This house has passed through some
many owner each with his own Ideas.
The gardens were restricted as well.
The Paintings were not very interesting either.

Overall not impressed with this house.
And as we went home, the snow started to fall.

Charlecotte House

Charlecotte Church ( St Leonard's) was looked beautiful
in the sun with Deer gazing next to it.
The game keeps house was small,
Yes a Family was expected to live here.
The house has evolved over time, the left side was added in the late 1700's
While that back added in the 1850's
The interior was dark and NO flash allowed again.
The fancy garden was roped off as the ground was very water logged.

The drawing room ceiling was stunning
And the Bedroom beautiful
I even had Jennifer climbing stairs to view the multiple Carriages
We got to climb the watch house and see the clock.
Then we walked to the Church cutting through the deer
They just kept munching.
In the church was a Treasure

But outside were the deer still munching.

Doha

On our way back to the UK, We had a stopover in Doha, it was the morning, so we had a chnace to walk around and stretch the legs and take Photo's.
Like one in front of the Big Teddy Bear.
The City was in the distcance, covered in smog.
Meanwhile we watched the plane get prepared for flight to London.
