Lion dance

With The CNY you get to see a lots of Lion Dances but this time I had a camera.

Small groups of dancers go around dancing at chinese owned businesses. Great to be at when it happens.

Chinese New year meal

Chinese New Year meal was great. The food had been partly catered and local food. So it was real mix of Chinese treats. Greta food and great company, everyone was friendly and welling to talk. A great evening, and there even fireworks.

Chinese Temple ion Seremban

While waiting for the CNY meal we were taken to a chinese Temple in the hills. Due to the Light dying I was not able to get many photo's.

Relaxing at Chinese New Year

We spent the firsat part of CNY at a friend place with the Friends. Eating snack food, playing cards and chatting.

Elephant Reserve Trip

We went into Pahang state to the Elephant Conservation reserve.
The kids got to feed, ride and swim with the elephants

It was a church youth activity and all appeared to have enjoyed themselves.

KL ZOO

The national zoo in KL is one that is typical of Malaysia. Has great potential but is not maintained. It has plenty of animals but just not seem to maintain anything. There is rubbish around and even sick animals on display. Still I got some great photos, this is because the cages are smaller so you can get closer to the animals.

Malacca Again.

We finally got to Malacca with the girls. This is my Favourite town. They both got to enjoy the sights, sounds and smells of Malacca.

Mum was again in her element in the material shops. And I enjoyed just taking lots of photo’s. The girls just enjoyed the sights and getting hot. And they wouldn’t put the snake around there necks……
