Where do we live

We were recently at the bottom of the hill and were asked where do we live

I pointed to the gap in the trees and said we live there.

They were just able to make out the house, it's a blue/green that we plan to chnage to white.

Long Tongue on Nara

 While building the new Pond out in the front Garden. Nara had to test the water was flowing.

You will notice her very long tongue

Olinda Rhododendron Park

 

The Rhododendron Park is out in full bloom at the moment, 

so we decided it was time visit.

The azalea's and rhododendron's were in in fiull show. 

Lots of people which surprised us as the Covid lockdown was still in force.

 

Hard work has reward

 At the bottom on the new property was weed invested little track that went to the Neighbours place

It was overgrown with agapanthus, blackberry, Cherry laurel, and Ivy. It took a lot of spraying clearing by hand but now we have a site ready for the Azalea's and Rhododendrons to show off their beauty.

 Nara has been growing fast, and she has found her place in the home. 

Normally outside wth us, staring out the window or sleeping. 

Or sleeping while staring out the window.

Shake, shake, shake, let nothing break

 

Well, we had an earthquake this morning, 

I have not experienced one for over 15 years. It took me a while to realise what it was, But yes, Australia shakes on an occasional basis. No damage with this one.

Beautiful morning at Fiveways

It was beautiful at Fiveways this morning. The sun was out after the rain last night, so the view was misty across the Yarra Valley.

It views like this, that I get when walking Nara in the morning

Just pleasant to be out in nature.
