Girls gathered

What do you need when you gather all the girls in one place. A really big big Couch, And thats what finally arrived to make the family area just that. The couch is 3.6 Metre Long and fits in the space prefect. It has large goose down filled cushions and is big enough for any family gathering. From the Left is Emma, Jennifer, Ann, Lissa, Gemma-ann and Janet.

Flooding around us but we're OK.

Good news for us and Bad news for many others. We were not flooded out but we were watching the local stream very closely. The Water Tank that was to take 4 months to fill, is now full. 6 weeks since put it in. The back yard is a sea of wet mud. As for the rest of Australia. Brisbane and Queensland were the worse hit. Locally the river were high but they are now falling with very little damage, mostly the roads need small repairs as the pot holes are growing. But the sunset after the storms was beautiful. So we're all well. Dad and Lissa were at work Jennifer and Gemma-ann were at home preparing if the water were to continue to rise And Stephan was obvious to it as he was at EFY enjoying myself. As I write this, he's sleeping it off from exhaustion. 5 days of no sleep has that affect. but he enjoyed himself.

Girls at Church

Church has now moved to being in the Afternoon. The girls at church, Lissa finally got a calling, She is now the YSA rep for Point Cook Ward.

Clubhouse view

At the Alamanda Clubhouse, Jennifer and I have started to use the Gym thats there. It is a fully equipped Gym and not many use at the moment. And when you are on the treadmill the view is of Point cook over the wildlife ponds at the front of Estate. And to the side is the Pool and Tennis courts beyond.

Fireworks at New Years

On New years Stephan and Myself went into Melbourne down by the river to enjoy the annual firework display along with 200 thousand others. It was still another good night.

Day Trip North

While I have time off for christmas, I was able to do a day trip north with Stephan RJ. so we headed north to Bendigo to check it out. WE passed through many small towns and places and when we got to Bendigo. to turn back and headed home. A nice Father, Son trip to explore more to what is now around us, and also a day away from doing things in the new house…...
