The Chedworth Roman Villa

Today we set off to Wales, Leaving at 7:30am in the morning, But we decided to travel the long way in, by driving to Gloucester and down the A48 following the Severn river down the coast.
But along the way we decided to drive to through the Cotswolds to the The Chedworth Roman Villa located at Chedworth, Gloucestershire, England. The roads were narrow and Jennifer is getting use to the them.
Even avoiding Pheasants on the road

But the views of the autumn leaves and valleys were great.

It is one of the largest Roman villas in Britain. Established in 120 AD,  This beautiful valley and the Villa remains were beautiful, the Autumn Leaves were turning

The place was quiet and peaceful. we can see that this Villa was built to be a peaceful spa for the rich.

Somewhere to relax, and it still is today.
