The Long Walk - Windsor

 It was a bank Holiday on Monday, So we decided to walk the long walk down at Windsor

We walk through Eton to get there and the boys were out and about.

The long walk starts outside Windsor Castle and goes south from their.

Plenty of People walk the walk

 The walk is 2.4 Miles long, each way.

 But once at the end, you see the Statue of King George.

 Behind it are views of the great park and Surrey.

 With Deer in the park

 That are in large herds.

 

But it is the view back that is fantastic, the views of the Thames Valley and the of course Windsor Castle

It rained on the way back and made everything look fresh and smell is of the countryside.
