Paris Day Six - Sunday

Sunday – Departure.

We decided to sleep in and to walk to the Train Station. This time slowly and be more observant.

So we got up and headed up the road back to the Bastille Market, this time, the Market was open and lots of the vendors.
Lots of Fresh Fruit, I got to eat fresh Peaches and Plums and sample some unusual looking fruits.
Meat vendors, They still had the heads on the fowl, so that the buyers could confirm exactly what type of fowl they were buying. Be it pigeon, chicken, duck or goose and pheasant.
Cheese vendor had tourist taster pack. I bought three and we enjoyed all the types.
The Cured meat vendors had sampled and we purchased some tin terrine.
The clothes we all typical – short and thin.
Otherwise the bakery and cooked food were all looking good. I enjoyed some duck confit and a couple of little cakes.
We then went back to the hotel an checked out, before going to the bistro for Breakfast. It was Sunday and the patisserie was closed as were many stores. The Bistro was Open so Breakfast was for me, an Cheese and Ham Omelette while had Creamy scrambled eggs. With real fruit juices as well. OH and the baguette to help it all down.
Before Heading Slowly to the Station.
This was going to be a  at least a 2 hours of slow walking.
We left heading towards La Bastille and the republic square. It was Sunday so many of the shops were closed. We got the Square at about 11 O’clock.

It was quiet, the French were just not around, just tourists. So we moved on heading the train station.
We found a café near the station down a side street. It took us about 20 Minutes to get hot chocolates server with a croissant.  We relaxed and enjoyed Paris.
About an hour later we decide to walk passed the canal and to the train station. We arrived at the station on time at about an hour before departure.
We quickly passed through Check in and Customs and found that the lunge was small and Pauls were the only store there.  So getting onto the Eurostar was pleasing.

On the way home we got to see more country side
and the train got more 297km/h.

Watching the Countryside fly past.
We left Paris at 14:15 and we back in London by 16:45 and home by 18:00.
Paris was Fantastic Trip. Paris is a Beautiful place and will me missed great by the both of us.
Highlight for was the Museum O’say and the Invalids complex. Disappointment were the Eiffel Tower.

But to Describe Paris. WOW
