Lord Mayors Parade 2017

The bells were ringing from 10:00 in the morning and then on 11:00 exactly the bells stopped.

London became silent. Yes London was Silent. Remembrance Day.

This Saturday was not just Remembrance Day But also the Lord Mayors Pararade.

It started at 11:15 on the spot.

The Parade Started with the Coldstream Guards Band.
Followed by numerous other bands, aging in size and age.
Some of the picture of the fine horse and men on show.

As it was also Remembrance Day there was many Military parading.

 

 At the end of the parade we were hungry so we headed to Borough Market for a Good Lunch

 And to check out the Georges Inn.
