Shaws Corner

George Bernard Shaw (26 July 1856 – 2 November 1950), known at his insistence simply as Bernard Shaw, was an Irish playwright, critic, polemicist, and political activist. His influence on Western theatre, culture and politics extended from the 1880s to his death and beyond.
He lived with his wife in a small village in Hertfordshire.
Another little National Trust Place.
It was cold and damp but off we went, the gardens were actually more interesting then the house.

His Office in the house was not inspiring.
The art on the wall was mostly of him, that other artists had donated.
But it was the little shack at the end of the garden that was amazing.
this is where he did most of his writing.
A very strange character
