Kingston Lacy

Kingston Lacy was to be the major stop on the way home.

It had been on the major list of Places to stop for a long time.

The entrance was the stables, that is something that is happening a lot now.

 Before we could go into the house we had to explore the gardens.

The gardens were splended and we enjoyed the walk around them
We had to wait over an hour before we could enter the house,
so it was a good way to wittle away the time.

But the house was the time also what we wanted to see.

The main entrance was huge, with large statues in it.

But once passed that we were able to explore and foudn a grand house
Set in the 1800's with lots of very art works.

The table was set for 10.

The Library wasnotas big as expected.

But still very cozy

The drawing room was large tho.

The cielings were in WOW land.

But it was the painting everywhere

and the fine furniture

mixed with crazy ceilings

The beds were large and spacous

Even the servants had a grand table.

The mistress bedroom was ready to move into

and some of the wall decorations were very detailed
Overall a great place to visit.
