Lanhydrock

Lanhydrock is a jewel of the National Trust
So off we went to explore this wonderful place
this was a castle that become a home for many generations.
The place was modernised in the 1900's due to a fire.
Some parts were still 1600's
Others from the 1920's
With the modernisation of the place, the kitchens were upgarded
And WOW what kitchens

This was the enlightenment room
A lot of the Items have gone now and are in museum's
But you still got the grandeur of it
Outside it had its own chapel

The gardens were out in bloom
But it was the stream in the middle of the garden that made people stop

As for this little guy, he was interested in the insects we were disturbing.
And in the shade, the bluebells were out in abundance.
