Durham House was a disappointment.
The inside of the house was closed.
So we only got to explore the outside
And have lunch in the Large stable block.
The house was a very large one.
Four stories high with the servants quarters underground.
It was once the playground of the rich of Manchester
With a Very large garden with a lake.
The gardener loved his Irises.
