Police Museum - next door to the CBL

Monday. I am beginning to dislike Mondays.
Job hunting on Mondays is a bad day, it when they let you know you've been unsuccessful, and they are to busy to take calls.
By Lunchtime I had decided to treat Myself.
Here in London, their is no such thing as a plain Hot Chocolate.
You can get Mint, Toffee Apple (Caramel), Spiced (Oriental), Cinnamon, Chili, Orange, Peach, Coconut, but todays was Forest Fruits.
After that it was time for my walk it was a very cold day so I warmed in the Police Museum.
As usual the Museum is dark. But this is a Police Inspector uniform from the era of when Charles Still was an Inspector. (that's Alonzo's Dad)
As you can see I made it to the MaM world Store and it was COLD. I then proceeded for back to St James on Piccadilly. For what was to be a highlight of the day. On Mondays they open the doors to tourists, usually it is a sleeping place for the homeless during the day. The Tour mentioned the war damage. It appear three bombs damaged the chapel.  the first in OCT 1940 killing the rector wife and injuring the Rector. They had just cleaned up the damage so services could be held in the summer months, when 1941 a second one hit nearby and caused more damage to the roof. Many Bombs hit in the Area killing Many Civilians. Granddad Taylor was one of them. The wall outside has been left with the Scars of damage from the blitz. I then proceeded back to the CBL to check for more bad news.
